These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of mkr.link and the MakerLink platform ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

MakerLink provides a platform for deploying and hosting web projects with integrated advertising. We offer free hosting in exchange for displaying advertisements alongside your content.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Creator Responsibilities

When deploying projects to MakerLink, you agree that:

You own or have the right to publish the content you deploy
Your content does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights
Your content does not contain malware, viruses, or harmful code
Your content complies with all applicable laws and regulations
Your content does not include illegal, defamatory, or obscene material

4. Prohibited Content

The following types of content are prohibited on MakerLink:

Adult or sexually explicit content
Content promoting violence, hatred, or discrimination
Content related to illegal drugs or controlled substances
Malware, phishing, or deceptive software
Content that violates Google AdSense program policies
Content designed to artificially inflate ad impressions or clicks
Copyrighted material used without permission

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms without notice.

5. Advertising

By deploying a project on MakerLink, you agree that we may display advertisements alongside your content. We determine ad placement, format, and frequency. We use Google ad technology and comply with Google's advertising policies.

6. Revenue Sharing

MakerLink operates on a revenue-sharing model. The specific revenue share percentage and payout terms will be published on our website when the revenue sharing program launches. Revenue sharing is subject to minimum payout thresholds and verification requirements.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to the content you deploy on MakerLink. By deploying content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and serve your content as part of the Service, and to display advertisements alongside it.

8. Content Removal

You may request removal of your content at any time by contacting us at hello@makerlink.net. We will process removal requests within 48 hours.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MakerLink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Australia.
